The lesser known foes that fans may never find can sometimes be the greatest ones. I like to use double most creatures, 6x most weapon carrying humanoids, and 8x as many ghouls. Instead - it just duplicates all the existing non-unique, generic enemies using multipliers. And it's even cooler when those things aren't just images or items, but characters or creatures themselves, too. It doesn't manually add any extra spawn points or anything like that -which could potentially break things or cause crashes. The Fallout series has such a rich history and dedicated fanbase that there are hidden things around every corner.
